I have needed to start a cooking blog for awhile now. Not only because I tytpically don't write down my recipes and this will give me an incentive and forum to do so but also because I know a lot of you out there have wonderful cooking delights that I would love to know how to make. What better time to start than October...fall harvest and the upcoming holidays. I look forward to seeing and hearing about your cooking creations and will be posting quite a few of my own.
